The titanium nitride coating is 40% harder than stainless steel and testing has proven it to be the best nonstick surface for the placement, shaping, and carving of composites. Our special coating process withstands diverse cleaning and sterilization methods, including ultrasonic cleaning.

Advantages of Titanium Nitride Coating:

Titanium Nitride is an extremely hard ceramic material, often used as a coating on titanium alloys, steel, carbide, and aluminum components to improve the substrate’s surface properties. Applied as a thin coating, Titanium Nitride is used to harden and protect the cutting and sliding surfaces of the instruments and as a non-toxic exterior for medical implants
